There were some very important and difficult moments, moments when I was extremely scared and sad and other moments when I cried with joy because I was so happy about everything that I was experiencing. One of the most difficult moments for me was having to return to Italy. I have to say goodbye to my host family, my best friends, my boyfriend and my American dog. Walking up to that gate the morning I left North Dakota broke my head
