Provide Special Forces Warrant Officer Advanced Course (SFWOAC) Class 002-16 a concise overview of Army ADRP 6-22.2 leadership. Summary. ADRP 6-22 explains the leadership principles established in Army Doctrine Publication (ADP) 6-22. ADRP 6-22 defines the Army's view on leadership, summarizes levels of leadership, and describes key leader attributes and competencies from direct, organizational, and strategic levels. There are 11 Army Publications used as references (ADP 3-0, ADP 6-0, ADP 6-22, ADRP 5-0, ADRP 6-0, AR 350-1, AR 600-100, FM 3-13 , FM 27-10, CT 1-05). ADRP 6-22 consists of 11 chapters divided into four parts.3. Context and discussion a. ADRP 6-22 discusses the topics necessary to become a multi-skilled, competent, and responsive Army leader. ADRP 6-22 establishes and defines leader attributes and key leader competencies that enable targeted feedback, education, training and development for all levels of leadership. 6-22 also describes leader attributes and key competencies essential to current leadership. B. The primary audiences of ADRP 6-22 are leaders at all levels, military and military. Part 1, Leadership Basics, Chapter 1 covers the Fundamentals of Leadership while Roles and Relationships are covered in Chapter 2. This section outlines and outlines the levels of leadership. We as military personnel are distinguished from other non-military professions in that soldiers must be prepared to use deadly force and have the courage to approach and destroy the enemy.
