When inappropriate drug users enter the scene of an accident, I personally do not consider it an accident. Drugs impair judgment, so it's not so much that they don't see the stop sign, as perhaps they thought it was further away, or the sign didn't register in their mind quickly enough. If the person uses medications often enough, plan to also place them out of reach of animals or children. Leaving the innocent at risk of using a drug and having an accident waiting to happen. Being a parent is not an easy job, so I hear you have young minds that watch your every move and want to be like you and learn what's right and what's wrong. Inappropriate drug users do not make great parents, assuming there are some who do, the child is left unattended or if the child is close to the user the young mind adapts to the behavior seen. The child grows up and now society has another addict, perhaps not to the same extent, to take care of. Today's children are the parents of tomorrow's adults and are ideal for future generations
