My speech will show the other side of the issue.Slide 1:Sport can act as a unifier because when many people support the same team they immediately become friendly even if they don't know each other. Joe Humphrey stated that “sport is essentially anti-family and encourages unethical and discriminatory behavior.” This is the exact opposite of what happens when people come together to support their team. This unites people of all races and religions. When a person supports their team, they do not care if the people around them are different as they focus on the unity of all the people around them who support them. Slide 2: Sports creates friendships between people who would not normally communicate . This is great against racism since when people hold the same ideals, they have something in common. This encourages communication between people and friendships between different people.
