How does a person classify bullying? Is it verbal, physical or, more recently, technological? Unfortunately, all of these classifications are considered part of a subgenre of the entire topic of bullying. Bullying is not only a problem, but has quickly become an epidemic in today's education system. When the topic of bullying is raised, most people assume that it is predominantly a physical problem. However, there are three main types of bullying. Each classification of this general subject is as immoral as the other. The real question is: can this problem be solved? If so, what measures can be taken to resolve this age-old problem? It may seem like a difficult problem to deal with, but there are some extremely effective steps that can be taken to greatly improve this problem. (second paragraph omitted) Bullying has always been one of the most well-known problems in the United States. That said, it has quickly become a problem in Hamilton County Schools. According to the local newspaper The Chattanooga Times Free Press, in Tennessee, a total of 5,478 cases of bullying were recorded in 2012. An alarming 4.6% of these recorded cases occurred in Hamilton County alone. This number amounts to a total of 255 confirmed cases. In total, there have been 345 cases reported in Hamilton County, while only 255 have been confirmed. (Sher timesfreepress.com) The alarming number of students being bullied in this county is very disturbing, but how can the problem be solved?
