Heinrichs describes the use of the will to act as "showing the light bulb that changing is child's play and inspiring it with a vision of lightness." (22-23) This means showing the audience that acting on the situation will not only be easy but will also be to their advantage. The 60 PSA play creates the will to take action by saying "now is the time for all of us to do our part by donating, giving the gift of service, volunteering, helping children in your community be more active and healthy" . All of these things are quite easy to do and promise the return of happy and healthy children. An example of creating the will to act might be your friend asking you to take him to the store. At first you say no because you don't feel like driving but after he tells you it's only 5 minutes away and that he'll buy you something you obviously say yes. Your friend has made things easy for you and promises a reward. Using ethics, virtue and the willingness to act together, they ensured that the audience trusted the speaker and believed that they shared the same values. This is followed by convincing the audience that taking action is easy and to their advantage creates a very persuasive atmosphere
