Topic > Dear John's Reflection - 2648

It's much clearer, and it's certainly eloquent. I feel like the book represents the exact story and the experience of watching the movie was not as I had hoped. Nicholas Sparks took the time to describe the plot in detail, and this made me appreciate his writing and feel the positive impact of the characters myself. I not only admired his descriptive way, but also some situations where I couldn't put the novel aside. For example, when I learned about John's time in the military, I wondered how he was able to leave Savannah and his family for an extended period. Dear John was an absolute page-turner, and I personally couldn't put it down after reading more than half the novel in one sitting.
