Topic > I Clud In My Golf Bag - 805

I arrive at the golf course fifteen minutes before my T time (time reserved for the start of your golf round). Waiting for the sun to slowly rise into the sky, dispersing the morning fog, revealing the dew covered golf course, glittering in the morning light. I begin to make a mental plan of how I intend to play this challenging golf course, with its many sand traps, narrow fairways and hidden greens. Making this course very difficult to play for an amateur golfer like me. Needing exercise I decide to walk instead of riding a golf cart. I carefully secure the golf clubs in the cart, making sure they are secure and that they are all in the golf bag. Not noticing that the sun rose high enough to burn off the morning dew, leaving the golf course damp and ready for play. The golf course now comes alive with the noise of many golfers and their carts, all waiting for their chance to tee off. Now it's time to get started. Looking at the contents of my golf bag I have five types of clubs: the driver, the woods, the hybrids, the irons and the putter. Three of the five types of clubs are made in sets. The clubs in the sets have a different degree of loft (how high the ball goes when hit). Each type of club is designed for different uses on the golf course. The driver is only used for teeing on one hole. It is not used for any purpose other than to start the game. The large bulbous head of this club is designed to send the golf ball flying hundreds of yards. My driver seems to have a mind of its own, as he hits the golf ball from all angles. Sending stray shots in every direction, making this club difficult to swing. This is why I sometimes use the three woods to start.......middle of the card......r. The putter is built with a flat face, so that when a golfer hits the golf ball, it rolls instead of taking flight. And it is designed to help stabilize the golfer's hand and aim. Allow for accuracy on the green (knowing how hard to hit the golf ball, the slope and angle of the green). All in an attempt to put the golf ball in the cup. Even though I own all of these different types of clubs, I have found that over the course of a round of golf, I have a tendency to use every type of club and only a few clubs of each set of clubs. Use each club for its intended purpose and sometimes for things the club wasn't designed for. After my golf game is over. I count my score to see if my golf game has improved. Most of the time I find that this is not the case. Then I check the clubs in my golf bag making sure I haven't lost any.
