It is important to understand the instructor's feedback on any submitted work, as contact hours with the instructor are minimal. I acquired this attribute mainly in college and Portuguese school, so I hope this will prepare me more on this aspect. An example of this would be when I had exams, I always handed the work over to my Portuguese teacher to evaluate it and give feedback, this without the teacher asking me to do anything because I thought the feedback on my work was really important. On the other hand, I will also use this learning experience to help me when it comes to university, as I have learned how to integrate into a new learning environment. I am aware that the university learning environment will require a lot of my research since faculty cannot spoon-feed everything. The personal attributes I gained from this experience were mainly adaptability and self-confidence. However, I think that strong dependence on the teacher was one of my weaknesses at times. This weakness improved enormously during the start of my second year of college, when I began studying for my A-levels using online resources. At university, if I have trouble with some theory or principle, I will attend available support sessions, as it is better to understand the concept than to stay
