CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION The purpose of the study is to examine the impact of organizational culture on quality. In this research few factors were studied and the literature supports these factors and states that there is a major impact on creating organizational culture. Organizational competence can be determined with the help of organizational culture. Other factors influenced by organizational culture are success and durability.
