Mauss et al. (2011) argue that the desire for happiness can make one lonely and conducted research with this hypothesis. The result of their study is that the more we value happiness, the more we feel alone due to feelings of disappointment at not being happy. So, the desire to be happy will unexpectedly bring unhappiness. The more people want to find happiness and bring it into their lives, the more they miss the very purpose of being happy. Happiness is not something that is out there because it all comes from within, from people's minds and cognition. I believe that we do not live to find happiness, but instead create one in every moment of our lives. As? Just being happy and grateful every day for the smallest element of this life will make you happy enough. With just a little happiness each day, you will eventually bring constant happiness into your life. Happiness is not a goal, but instead is a way to achieve it
