The core concept of the nation-state has been integrated into almost every Hindi film made since then. Nationalism meant protecting the accumulation of wealth within the nation, countries like India were going through a phase of protectionism. However, a significant problem arose: within India, the nation was made up of diverse cultures and many languages, so creating the homogeneity needed to drive this nation-state concept would simply fall by the wayside, unless some types of unification methods had been adopted. it has not evolved. Bollywood cinema has adapted the conservative and “ancient” tradition, as a modern idea of ​​“nation”. And all the problems the family faced were a small representation of the larger national problems. The realism used in these representations was also modified to fit this “national” interest.
