Family Lifestyle in UAE Lifestyle has a great effect on our life. We should have a healthy lifestyle and avoid different risk factors that lead to disease. A healthy lifestyle is the correct way to reduce the risk of contracting many chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and cardiovascular diseases which are the most common diseases in the UAE. The father, Mr. S (39 years old), is a "stocky" in the armed forces, while the mother, Mrs. A (36 years old) is a supervisor, with four children, the eldest is 13 years old, 12 year old boy year and twins (9 years). I will write about the family's knowledge, attitude and habits based on smoking, home safety and food safety. SmokingIn terms of smoking, the father strongly approves of it because he is a smoker. He smokes cigarettes and a pipe. He started smoking at age 16 after a foot injury. He was a good football player and lost his job due to the injury because he could no longer play football. The mother, however, strongly disapproves of smoking. Both parents know that smoking is dangerous and has many effects on the family's health. They realize that this will affect both the smoker and his family as it can cause respiratory diseases, diabetes, lung cancer and other cancers, but the father is unable to quit smoking. He doesn't want his children to be smokers in...... middle of paper...... Williams & Associates (2014, January 1)Comparison of Playground Surface Types | How to choose the playground surface.
