People who struggle with health problems are the ones who need help the most as they will not be able to work or do anything else to support themselves or their family and above all it is an emotional roller coaster for families to see their loved ones have health problems. In other words, it affects everyone. I would commit myself to nursing career so as to make sure that those people receive the best care from me so that they can continue their lives outside of hospitals or healthcare facilities. During my work experiences I understood that with every person there is a new situation coming and I have to use my knowledge and experience to help people in need. However, I have also understood that each person is different and has a different perspective on certain situations and because of this I have to approach each one differently to make sure they understand that I am only here to help. Therefore, my commitment to my career would be to provide the best care to those who need it most, approaching them differently and providing them with the help they need thanks to the knowledge and experience I will receive from Roseman.
