Schools are places where education is offered to students who spend most of their day. There are a wide variety of schools around the world with different policies and ethos; therefore parents should think carefully about which school to enroll their children in. Most parents aim for the school with better academic qualifications, while others think, for example, about school fees or the education system. Another concern parents might consider is whether to send their children to a segregated school or a non-segregated school. While the idea of having non-segregated schools may be frowned upon in some cultures, they actually have several benefits. This research paper aims to describe or rather project the benefits of non-segregated schools; taking into account several factors such as social and gender issues along with many others. A survey in English was distributed to random people to gather different opinions regarding segregated schools. The survey contained questions about studies on how they can build self-confidence and sexual behavior problems. Before delving further into the topic in question it is necessary to introduce the different types of educational systems present in Kuwait. Educational settings in Kuwait are divided into two different parts; private and public education. Each educational sector is unique due to its completely different qualities; however they are guided and governed by the Kuwait Ministry of Education and education authorities. The education system in Kuwait, a bilingual country, is structured in such a way as to contribute to creating an "educational policy" that aims to offer educational opportunities to both the local population and the foreigners who reside there.
