After losing my part-time job, my phone alarm is set for 8 every morning on EWTN's prayer channel. I wake up and start my day listening to the morning prayers meditation, which helps me get motivated and inspired throughout the day. Then, after doing some morning stretches and 100 crunches in bed, I continue my exercises with some light weight lifting at home. Therapeutic stretches and exercises help me heal from my chronic neck pain arthritis condition: which also includes cervical, spondylolisthesis (scoliosis), thyroid &
