It will always happen throughout your life. Without having to fail you wouldn't find anything new. Failure would motivate you even more to succeed. That person will do whatever it takes to succeed. So failing is the motivation itself. Like baseball, you might strike out the first time, but the next time you'll pump yourself up and swing for the fences on the next at-bat. Success is much sweeter when you do it yourself. Students might fail one test, but they should go home and study for the next one and hopefully pass with flying colors. It all starts with yourself and how much you love doing the thing you're trying to complete. For example, many people don't like school, but they know that they themselves will benefit from it in the future. Something that students simply have to resign themselves to and wait until the future, because if they choose the educational path they will become happy and successful. Many students did. They know that the future holds better things for them. It's crazy that students who play sports can juggle school and sports. Some also have jobs, so being oriental can be helpful. Students who don't play sports and don't have a job should have no excuse for not being successful. They have plenty of time after school to study and finish their homework. The school also offers after-school tutoring if they have trouble in a particular subject. So, there's really only one way to fail in school, and that's by not asking for help or simply not trying hard enough. The self-motivation part is a big success factor. Also, you can make friends and through this they can call each other and share each other's thoughts on the difficult topic. Like everyone else they don't want to listen to the teacher and this is where the cell phone problem comes in, they tend to fantasize that one thing leads to another and they jump on the phone. Students just need a role
