My classes are full of students in grades 9 through 12. Many of the students in this class have severe behavioral problems and are frequently absent. Most of the students in my classes attended alternative schools throughout the school year due to fights, drugs, and weapons at school. Regardless of behaviors they have exhibited in the past, they still deserve a learning environment where they feel safe and are willing to learn. I must admit that many students have had behavioral problems in recent weeks, however, one student has been more disruptive than the others. This student is loud and has trouble following instructions the first time. She often uses vulgar language and is aggressive towards other students in the class. He often argues with other classmates and has attempted to start a physical altercation during class. Responds to authority when asked to return to work, however respect for authority may be short-lived. If he does not agree with the discipline he receives, he will direct his negative behavior towards teachers and administrators. In the three weeks of summer school she has already been suspended twice. To ensure that other students in my class are able to learn, it is important that this student learns to control her behavior. To do this, a behavioral plan will be drawn up
