The innovation of today's world is aimed at the materialistic presence of the flow of nature. This era of modernization and innovation of the world, as in its current vision, has given a chance and helped promote organizations seeking to improve their business through efficiency and effectiveness with the help of classical management theory which is Taylor's management. Before we get into the details of Taylor's management, let's take a look at the concept of management. Management is elaborated as an individual or a group of people who can take on and follow the responsibilities of managing a business or organization in order to achieve objectives and goals (Kaylan city life, 2011). The concept of management has been divided into 4 different phases in order to receive and produce a powerful result which are planning, organizing, leading and controlling (Kaylan city life, 2011). Indeed, it contributes to organizations' goal of increasing their efficiency and effectiveness.
