The innovation of today's world is aimed at the materialistic presence of the flow of nature. This era of modernization and innovation of the world, as in its current vision, has given a chance and helped promote organizations seeking to improve their business through efficiency and effectiveness with the help of classical management theory which is Taylor's management. Before we get into the details of Taylor's management, let's take a look at the concept of management. Management is elaborated as an individual or a group of people who can take on and follow the responsibilities of managing a business or organization in order to achieve objectives and goals (Kaylan city life, 2011). The concept of management has been divided into 4 different phases in order to receive and produce a powerful result which are planning, organizing, leading and controlling (Kaylan city life, 2011). The topic of scientific management is defined as a theory that analyzes and interprets one's work or work processes in order to increase the economic or momentary efficiency of an organization in which it normally involves manpower (MBA Brief, n.d.). Indeed, it contributes to organizations' goal of increasing their efficiency and effectiveness. It is better to say efficiency as a process that ensures tasks are carried out in the right way, which usually progresses in the short term and is normally much more focused on quantity (DifferenceBetween, n.d.). In contrast, effectiveness is seen and defined as a much more focused and well-focused goal towards an assigned task or product in order to produce a good and quality outcome which is usually for long-term purposes (DifferenceBetween, n.d.) .
