Educators should help students collaborate with their families and communities to improve their learning skills. In my future teaching practices, I would check whether there are errors in teaching materials and language used in class, reflect students' different backgrounds, plan teaching activities at the beginning of class to increase students' morale, self-awareness esteem and willingness to learn and prepare differentiated teaching to meet the individual needs of students according to their needs. I would like to develop a nurturing, supportive, non-competitive environment where everyone is the leader in the classroom. I would guide grouping students for instruction and believe the best strategy to use is to group students in a mixed fashion
