Baby dumping cases are a very serious issue that cannot be considered a minor issue. These are a series of social problems that are very disturbing. In the modern world, newborn problems are more widespread and affect all countries, including Brunei Darussalam. If it were to continue, it could affect the image of countries, especially Islamic ones. Various attempts have been made by various parties to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, to date there is no concrete solution to overcome this problem. This is due to the lack of cooperation from various parties. Therefore, the abandonment of newborns in the community, especially adolescents, is due to several causes. Different ways for newborns that are not to blame. Some are kept in a box and left in the landfill, placed in the garden area surrounded by ants, while others are washed into rivers. The results of violent acts leading to the birth of new children are exposed to danger and death. Before the advent of Islam, Arabs in pre-Islamic times killed their daughters to settle their lives, because the girls were ashamed. This is told in the Quran from the word of Allah: Tafsir: "And when one of them is happy with the daughter (of birth), Hitamlah (red padamlah) comes and is very angry. He hides from the people, because of the bad news was conveyed to him. What he will keep with disgrace or will be buried in the ground (alive) Ah, evil is what they decide "(Surah An-Nahl: 58-59) If we see and compare the deeds of the Arabs at that time, they they ignored and it is not much different today in the attempted murder of newborns. However, sometimes it is worse now, because people who abandon newborns do not want to talk about these symptoms and are aware of the impact and dangers of such immoral acts. With efforts made jointly and comprehensively, it is a bit too much to reduce this problem which continues to be one of the deadly diseases in the country, Malaysia. We cannot blame or point fingers at any party as the cause of pregnancy outside marriage is on the rise but let us look at the root of many aspects. Therefore, every individual and the community should jointly fight against adultery, incest, estrangement or killing of newborns to achieve harmony and prosperity in our society and avoid disaster. If there are no problems, cases of child abandonment will be widespread and could tarnish the image of the nation, race and religion. So, we as people in the country should remain other people not to commit this kind of crime. We hope that our country is safe and clean from this kind of criminal.
