The human resources manager can use the five-step analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE) training process to introduce a program that will be effective. A strategic analysis of training needs will be carried out to train employees to adapt to future jobs. Current needs analyzes train current and new employees. The analysis of the activities identifies the training of the specific skills needed. After the analysis, the human resources manager designs the training program with its objectives, delivery methods and evaluation of the program. Then the manager will implement the training with on-the-job training where the person learns while doing the job and apprenticeship training where the employee acquires skills during formal and on-the-job training.
