It will only work for high-level employees with a lot of experience but does not contain position descriptions. So clearly ACI has a much more detailed and user-friendly way for candidates to apply for that position.2. The ICA receives all requests from headquarters, and headquarters has sole authority to determine employee needs in each sector. Unilever uses employee referrals where if an employee leaves their position, that employee refers a replacement employee.3. Opinion: For me, both companies have an effective recruitment and selection process structure. ACI has an exceptional recruitment structure with all the details in brief and a very friendly approach to anyone looking for a job. If we talk about selection, ACI has a very good selection structure but they should introduce physical tests because this is very important for an incoming employee because some harmful diseases will spread through touch or breathing. They should review the way the interview is conducted and make it the same for all employees rather than any level. The way the interview is currently conducted could cause discrimination among hired employees.
