Do you feel isolated from others? There was a study conducted that said socially isolated people have a higher risk of health problems and may have a risk of premature death. In today's society, humans isolate others based on characteristics different from their own. Society can isolate a person based on weight, race, age, religion, morals and intelligence. Just as isolation is in everyday life, it is also in many different books such as Little Bee by (author) and One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesney.
