Interview ProcessSelected candidates will be called for interview process. The interview process would involve the task of finding out the previous experience, explaining the work ethic and knowing the technical skills of the candidate in the form of a structural interview. HR will plan and decide the structured interview questions for candidates. The interview will also cover the group dynamics of teamwork and getting references from previous workers about the candidates work habits, his conduct and character. Applicants will be asked why they believe they are the most appropriate candidates to be selected. From this question, the candidate's confidence in accepting the job will be assessed and his level of knowledge will be assessed based on a personal and professional qualification that distinguishes him as most suitable for the job. Then the candidate would be asked what they would offer to the company or job if they were appointed. This brings out to the company their experience from a professional point of view and the technical know-how of the candidate required for the particular job. So the question is to evaluate the candidate's greatest strength and the candidates' weakness.
