Open communication is essential with constituents, as is receiving feedback from the person actively listening. This will provide an opportunity to discuss issues relating to anything happening in their life or work. Each organization arises from a unique context, but all have room for improvement. We must remember that God is our boss and we must do whatever pleases the Lord. This will help us build relationships between diversity and inclusion perspectives. The employee would feel at ease if a mistake was made knowing that they still have support within the organization. God didn't give up on us and sent us a savior when we fell short. This shows that all these things can be done in a loving way that will ultimately make the employee feel better
