In today's society, students seem to be different. As a future teacher, I realize that students today need more from their education. I believe this is due to the vast home life that students come from and the various issues that students face today. Many of the students I have worked with in my field experience come from dysfunctional or broken families. This creates many problems; both emotional and behavioral. As a future teacher, it is important to keep this in mind when working with students. Teachers today evaluate their students' backgrounds and use this information to better serve each individual student. In today's world, teachers understand that not all students are the same or come from the same place. For this reason, teachers find it very important to know who their students are. Every day is a new day for a teacher and every child is a unique individual. Teaching has its many ups and downs. I believe that teaching is not just a livelihood profession but goes far beyond essential human values. Teaching is not a profession; it's a passion. Without passion for your career and without the desire for your students to learn, to help them be the best in the world, otherwise we will have failed as future teachers and failure is not an option. A teacher must be a constant driving and inspiring force for a student, and only then can he become someone in life. Great teachers are remembered not for the subject they teach, but for inspiring their students and unlocking their ability to dream. Teaching is an honorable profession and being a teacher by choice is even nobler. Teachers are the guides for the future leaders of history. Their effects are timeless and no one knows where their influence... at the center of the paper... including the quality of life of residents, the care they receive, the environment around them and the payment policy of the home of treatment. I worked with the recreation director, who plans activities for residents. I painted old women's nails and read them their children's letters. Additionally, I have helped with special days such as Ice Cream Day, Summer Picnic Day, and Clown around Day. We create special coded words for each. I also took patients for walks. We had birthday parties and exercise days. Through my volunteering I have had many great experiences both volunteering and visiting my grandfather. My volunteering experience has shown me that I can bring joy to older people. Everyone will have to face the fact that parents and grandparents age and become dependent on their children. Dealing with this situation has made me a stronger and more caring person.
