Discipline through self-control, rules, routines and procedures are a foundation that will lead to high achievement from students in my classroom. Setting positive expectations and treating students with respect will give students the opportunity to feel empowered to make decisions for themselves. Positive expectations established in the classroom provide the foundation for each student to achieve high levels of achievement throughout the school year. All these classroom management and teaching methods will make my students work positively and productively through active involvement to reduce the incidence of bad behavior in my life.
