Breaking the Curse Smoking is one of the biggest problems globally. There are almost 1 billion smokers in the world and the number is increasing every year. Smoking can lead to really negative health consequences, but the curse can be broken through several steps such as recognizing the consequences, improving mentally and keeping busy. First of all, smoking causes many cancer diseases such as leukemia, tongue cancer, and lung cancer. Recently my grandfather died due to a heart attack and, although he was 78 years old, one of the reasons that caused his heart attack was smoking.
