The consumption of vegetables, fruit and cereals is reducing the amount of money spent on grocery shopping. It all depends on the type of products you choose because many fruits and vegetables can be expensive, such as organic fruits and vegetables, but it will certainly be less than the amount of money that meat eaters tend to waste because not only do they have to decide what kind of meat they will eat for that day, but also the type of vegetables they want to accompany it. One of the methods used by most vegetarians is to grow their own garden to produce fresh fruit and vegetables; so they don't have to worry about spending too much at the supermarket. This also benefits them because planting a garden requires the ability to do physical labor, so technically they have no choice but to exercise while planting their flowers.
