They should think rationally on behalf of workers because when workers lose their jobs and become unemployed, they can get money to support themselves in life. I agree that robots are useful for maintaining high productivity and doing dangerous work for humans, but as wise and altruistic employers, we should also think about the human lives of the future. Besides that, I think robot inventors should only create robots for certain jobs, especially create a robot with specialties that humans don't have. For example, in factories, divide jobs for robots and humans to do separately. Let robots do the dangerous part, like carrying heavy loads without complaining or getting hurt, or work in dangerous areas like handling toxic chemicals or electrical current without anyone getting hurt or being risky to humans. And as for jobs or services intended for humanity, let humans handle those kinds of jobs. Restrict robots from doing human jobs to empower humans to work hard and always do their best. And as human workers, we must show the best attitude towards our employer and work diligently so that employers have their trust in us. If we could follow this suggested compromise, we would still make our world subject to the rights of humans and not robots. If people could adapt their own
