For example, in factories, divide jobs for robots and humans to do separately. Let robots do the dangerous part, like carrying heavy loads without complaining or getting hurt, or work in dangerous areas like handling toxic chemicals or electrical current without anyone getting hurt or being risky to humans. And as for jobs or services intended for humanity, let humans handle those kinds of jobs. Restrict robots from doing human jobs to empower humans to work hard and always do their best. And as human workers, we must show the best attitude towards our employer and work diligently so that employers have their trust in us.
