All over the world, in Christian and secular circles, we hear the word stewardship. Not only is stewardship one of the key issues discussed in Scripture, but it is also something we overlook because it is something we need to focus on as we walk our Christian walk. We live in a very individualistic society, focused on everything that brings us pleasure and makes us feel good. The management definitely doesn't fit the way society is today. Before we delve into this topic, what exactly is management? Stewardship is caring for or managing each God-given resource with an attitude of responsibility, directing those resources for their intended purposes. To truly understand stewardship, we must first look at what God says in His inherent word on this matter. The principle of stewardship is a three-part practice. By analyzing this process, you can see the simplicity and complexity of this process and how it fits into God's perfect plan. First and foremost, we were all created in the image of God. Being image bearers of Christ gives us a great responsibility towards those who know and love Christ because every day we represent the King of Kings wherever we go. The second principle of stewardship is the principle of redemption. Because Christ died for us on the cross, he freed us from the slavery of sin.
