After graduation, a life-changing event happened to my family. My family was fortunate enough to emigrate to the United States. But after all the processes, I found that I could not immigrate together with my family because I had exceeded the limited age as a dependent at that time. To pursue my dream, I decided to continue my medical career outside my country, which would help me strengthen my knowledge and improve my medical experience. My research led me to choose Jamaica as a place to seek additional medical expertise and improve my stress management skills in case of unexpected events
