Many of us dream of acquiring a beautiful body, but how can we achieve the dream you ask? Weight training or as others would call it, “body building” is the method that some people would use to get healthy and get an amazing body. Body building dates back to the times when people used stones and rocks in the 1800s in Greek and Egyptian times. (Stephen Tradio) Although it is hard to believe, it is actually the truth. What is body building, you may ask? Body building is literally building your body through phases that include diet, lifestyle and weight lifting. First, nutrition. A large percentage of a bodybuilder's success is determined by how well he uses knowledge for nutrition. The limiting factor in your workout success is what happens after you leave the gym. To explain, nutrition is made up of macronutrients and micronutrients. Macronutrients are made up of proteins, carbohydrates, fats and water. (Richard Ramos) Micronutrients are vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The best source of nutrition is through whole foods. A bodybuilder should never allow the use of supplements to overcome the consumption of whole foods. For a bodybuilder the most confusing part of the sport is ensuring good nutrition and diet. Well, have you ever said "What you are is what you eat?" It is true! Most bodybuilders pay attention to what they eat in their diet. If you exercise without following a diet, your workouts will be useless. You also have to watch out for CALORIES! That said, if you put in more than you burn from a workout you end up burning all the calories and what's left is used to build muscle. 500 calories in one pound of fat. In order for a client to gain a pound of muscle per week, they need to make sure that every seven days they (the muscles) have consumed… half the paper… ug. Over time the effects have only positive results in the sense that they will be healthy and likely to remain muscular, for a long period of time. Considering that the size of the muscle fibers is so enormous, this will not have a negative effect on their body in later years. (Marcos Ravaly) So bodybuilding does not harm the body, unless the bodybuilder is irresponsible in choosing the supplement. To become a successful bodybuilder there are many requirements that must be met. They must dedicate themselves to sport and always have a positive state of mind. They need to follow the right diet and take the right supplements. If the requirements are not met, an outfitter will not be successful. Finally, body building literally means building your body through phases that include diet, lifestyle and weight lifting. This is what completes a Bodybuilder!
