Bruner's theory of cognitive development can bring great benefits to the general development of children if applied in the early years of life and also at home. The cognitive development of children has been seen by several theorists and they have found out how they can help parents in their child's development. Cognitive theory is divided into three modes of representation which are the Enactive mode, the Iconic mode and the Symbolic mode. Enactive mode; a child experiences speech through actions and senses and knowledge is stored through muscle memory, which means that a child will shake his hand when he has a toy in his hand, if the toy is taken away the child will still shake his hand hand. Here the child develops his physical skills, exercises his little fingers, strengthens his palms and wrist. Hand-eye coordination is essential for grasping and holding objects. This doesn't stop with the rattle but continues with feeding and holding a pencil. This skill begins when the child begins to recognize and follow objects and their movements. In this theory, sensory development is also developed, this sensory is improved through sight, hearing and touch, so when the baby shakes the rattle he will hear a sound and then connects the sound with the rattle. In the enactive mode, children have the opportunity to perceive images and sounds in order to make sense of the world and ultimately understand it. By shaking the rattle the baby can perceive the sound and relate it to the object. Your baby will experience different textures and sounds by introducing him to different types of rattles (from soft to plastic ones). You can help the child explore these textures by sliding them over his body but...... in the center of the card ......re During free play, you use different children who use the same objects for different reasons, for Ad example, one child used a stroller to carry groceries like they do at the supermarket and another child used the stroller to take a doll for a walk. Adult intervention is very important in Scaffolding, since it is the adult's child who has to slowly climb the scaffolding, he already knows this information. The adult will simplify the task for the child, encourage him or her not to give up and do better, emphasize certain words or parts of the task, and act in ways that can positively model. Parents and caregivers are very important in a child's development as they can mold him and teach him positive lessons. Interaction with an adult is very important as it will provide a safe environment for the child to learn; provide rich resources for children to develop their full potential.
