From the information obtained, there will be committees responsible for providing sufficient results. When students are satisfied, they continue to enroll in courses and share their experiences with others, which ultimately results in higher enrollment numbers. Committees will be developed with University faculty and staff to re-engage everyone. With this type of positivity expressed, the University would be on its way to becoming healthy once again, but the key is to stay that way in the future. On the community side, we will ensure we keep the lines of communication open with each phase of the proposed changes and action plan for success. Being open and honest about the steps needed to get the University back to functioning in a way that is possible to continue to be successful and create a positive environment is key to rebuilding trust. While some plans may be easy to formulate, while others may require understanding the complexity of the specific details to be followed, however, understand the complexity of the details to gain clarity on the whys and hows, to determine the end result, related to a solution and/ oo recommendations to reach the solution is a very important factor to obtain
