TA, RAF, Navy, reservists are the volunteers of the armed forces which are the Army, the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force (RAF). Army volunteers are TAs. Royal Navy and RAF volunteers are their reservists... middle of paper... the organization gives them free labor as they don't have to pay for the volunteer. Also, the organization can hire more people since they have someone working and doing jobs for free and with the money saved by the volunteer they could use it to increase wages or hire another worker. It also promotes the organization so that more volunteers will come and the organization will get more workers and save a lot more money as people will work for free so that the work gets done faster.
