However, I found some on online resources like Grammarly, Paper Rater that will help you check your grammar and spelling. Paper Rater has tools that can increase your vocabulary and have been found to be helpful with active versus passive voice. I will use them more for my written communication. To adapt to an audience, you need to be empathetic to their needs and develop a “you” attitude. By adopting this attitude, you demonstrate transparency, use of etiquette and respect for cultural diversity. You are respectful of the wants and needs of the public. This adaptation to an audience can be communicated via email, via conference calls and social media. When working in a team environment, effective communication is essential to the success of any project or presentation. Interpersonal communication games play a key role in how you interact with colleagues, colleagues and managers. The importance of interpersonal skills helps in receiving and sharing information, setting goals, and solving problems.
