Fast food in moderation is good for you There are two points of view for different people who have different ways of seeing things. People see what's good: it's fast, cheap, tasty, convenient, and hits the mark when you're hungry and in a hurry. Then there's the downside of fast food being high in calories, sodium, fats and oils. Some meals on the menu are high in calories suitable for consuming over the course of an entire day. People trying to control their weight and calorie intake have a hard time eating at a fast food restaurant. My opinion on fast food is that even though people know it is not nutrient rich and unhealthy to consume, they still choose to eat it. I think consuming fast food is fine as long as it is easier for them to go out and buy food either during lunch or after a long day at work. Cooking at home is a hassle, going shopping for ingredients, preparing it and cooking it. There are also resources like gas, cooking oil and utensils, all added together, which make cooking when living alone very expensive. Going to any other place where they serve food quickly is a plus because there is no waiting and it's cheaper. Fast food is always cheaper for a person. Fast food raises health concerns. However, if you are careful, you can find some options on the fast food menu that may be healthier. a salad or by choosing a grilled chicken or fish or a low-fat drink or by choosing a wholemeal sandwich instead of a normal sandwich, you can also choose lean meats. Avoiding soda, diet soda, low-fat milk, or fast food is generally unhealthy and is leading to an alarming increase in obesity in both children and adults. People should definitely stay active if they will consume any kind of fast food instead of blaming franchises for their unhealthy lifestyle and obesity. People need to take responsibility for their actions: they are grown up enough to know what that type of food can do and if they are not grown up enough then they have someone older who should take care of what they are eating. Everyone should know that eating fast food more than twice a week can be a very dangerous and risky thing, knowing all the different diseases that can develop over time. I'm not trying to say that fast food isn't unhealthy or that it isn't bad for you. What I'm trying to say is that you simply can't expect to regularly eat an over-proportioned meal without gaining weight or having a higher risk of cardiovascular disease or other life-threatening illnesses. If people learned to control the proportions of their fast food consumption, they wouldn't sue and complain about how unhealthy they are or how much weight they gained from eating out. People need to do this
