The advantage of conflict is that it motivates people to get involved, while the disadvantage is that it leads to inappropriate, violent behavior due to a sense of confusion. The reason for the conflict, lack or poor communication, personality and emotions, Billy and Nick were Type B personalities, laid back and without real time urgency. Management and leadership were also involved in the film, which shows different types of management and leadership and also their tasks, in the film which refers to the 12th grade. Marketing and branding were also included in the film, when Billy left the internship because he made a mistake by not pressing the bottom button on the computer, made his team lose the task, thought it was his fault and then decided to leave and go to work for one of his friends as a salesman, trying to promote his product to the elderly.
