Learning is the basis of sharing knowledge, adds more value and helps improve the quality of the product. We have different products and people keep moving from one project to another, it is very important as an organization we need to adapt new approaches, initiatives into new business opportunities etc. They are factors that stimulate the passion in an organization to consider learning as a necessity. It is also important to note that to be competitive in the industry; we need to ensure that the organization thrives on new learning opportunities that ultimately lead to success stories. I understand that there are risk factors involved, commitment, time and dedication required, but it is inevitable to maintain your position in the industry. As you know, at the end of each project, we make sure to conduct "lessons learned" and "success stories or sessions on our best practices" which always help us improve the overall process in terms of acquiring the correct information and ensuring that organization in moving in the correct path.6. Application of knowledge, what do you think about how effectively we have achieved this? Any areas for improvement you could think of? I firmly believe that the application of knowledge is the result of all efforts put together by any organization and without which the outcome is unknown. Being in the IT department, it is crucial for us to ensure that the knowledge collected is actually implemented (applied) so that we can ensure that the correct knowledge is captured, documented and distributed. To achieve effective application of knowledge, we have leaders who actively monitor project implementation and outcomes. If cracks are found in the process, there are strict protocols to follow. We have a team that is responsible... middle of paper ...... ally when our organization's operations spread globally it was always a challenge for me and colleagues. As we add new groups that are new to business and culture, it has always been a challenge for us to plan and act quickly. After some research and analysis, it turns out that we should identify leaders who can collaborate seamlessly with native teams as well as successful global teams. We must be fortunate enough to have such dynamic leaders who can lead this practice successfully.10. In short, how do you explain KM and its value to any organization? In my opinion, Knowledge is the most powerful tool to succeed in business and managing it should be very challenging. There are practical and theoretical approaches, it is necessary to identify the needs of experts to guide this practice within the organization which is a necessity of the vertical growth of the organization.
