They argue that the African American racial stereotype is correct and is very helpful to this group of people. I don't agree with all the accusations associated with it, such as racial discrimination or prejudice. They base their arguments on several facts that point to some element of truth and that is why many people support their arguments. They mostly discuss African American leaders and athletics who have made it in life. This means that they take the positive side of this stereotype that defines black Americans as the best leaders because of their informed decisions and also their ability to do well in athletics and other sports. They argue that African Americans make good decisions and are devoted to their work and that is why they are preferred in leadership positions and this is what defines the stereotype of African Americans on the one hand. On the other hand, their stereotype is defined by their success in sports and especially in athletics. They ignore any other beliefs and that is why they conclude that the African American racial stereotype is right and important for Black Americans. In conclusion, there is no argument that can prove that the African American racial stereotype is correct. This is because it is clear that this stereotype causes mental complications, lowers the performance and self-esteem of all African Americans. The argument explaining the other side has some elements of truth but when both sides are weighed, the negative side carries more weight and that is why it is completely unfair.
