There are so many personalities that clash. I have learned that not every supervisor or manager you meet will have leadership qualities. Those that do you should pay close attention to them. Take the time to learn from them because they are the ones who can lift you up. They are the ones who can motivate you to do the best you can do. Those leaders are the ones you want to accompany throughout your life because they have guided you so much. I believe leaders can make a great organization even better. With the right leaders they can form an unbreakable bond within an organization. They would be able to encourage employees to set goals and achieve them. Not only would they set high goals for their employees, but they would also be able to set high standards so that when others see your organization they will know that they are in the right place and that you will be taken care of.
