Topic > The Controversial Video of the Fake Moon Landing

In my 6th grade astronomy class my teacher explained his views on the moon landing which made me question the landing every day since. He is so sure that the moon landing never happened. Having a teacher interested in all things space doubt the moon landing really puts that conspiracy theory into perspective. Many of my other teachers believed that the moon landing was also a hoax. I found some very interesting videos online about the moon landing. One of the videos is from a daily morning show on YouTube called Good Mythical Morning. The two hosts talked about facts that could make the Moon landing false. The video is titled “Did We Really Land on the Moon?” One topic discussed that seems the most logical is the fact that the United States just wanted to beat Russia. The moon landing was the way to win the space race against Russia. They also talked about how in many photos there are no stars, how the flag is waving and in some photos it is the same background. They point out facts that support the fact that we landed on the moon. The second video is from a lesser-known YouTuber, but still contains some fascinating information. The video is titled “NASA Moon Landing… Fake or Fact….2015”. This video proved further points about why we didn't land on the Moon. Some facts are that when the astronauts walked on the moon the video was shot in slow motion. Additionally, the land in the window was all simulated with perspective and light manipulation. What's very interesting is that Neil Armstrong has never given an interview on camera. You would think that someone so famous would tell his story over and over again to the world, but he didn't. These facts are very convincing and can change a person's mindset. Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on "Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned"? The hosts just wanted to share another side of a story we all had a certain position on. They were also trying not to be biased so as not to upset any of their viewers. The second video was definitely trying to convince you to think that the moon landing was fake. The video provides no other facts to support NASA's claim that we landed on the Moon. It's a good video to support the conspiracy theory. The government knows that if they were ever caught lying about the moon landing, the American people would never trust or support the government for a long time. They were taking a big risk hoping they could beat Russia. Furthermore, at that time, President Kennedy must have had a role in all of this as well. He knew that when he said, "We choose to go to the Moon this decade and do the other things, not because they're easy, but because they're hard," he was really pushing NASA. The government must have paid a lot of money to people like the three astronauts to keep them quiet. Illegal things probably had to happen to pull off the fake moon landing. The government probably also threatened people with death if anything came out about the moon landing. For America's future, I hope the moon landing was never faked because all hell would break loose. Please note: this is just an example. Get a custom paper from our expert writers now.
