This is the stop in episode six of the first season of Serial which depicts the story of Mrs. Lee who is manually strangled and left alone in Leakin Park, putting a boy in prison who later he turned into a man, lost his childhood, claimed to have slaughtered the love of his life and potentially cast him aside for the rest of his life. His conclusion will emphatically conclude the analysis on this horrible and ferocious death due to a different twist that made Adnan Syed innocent and he was wrongly arrested, accused and put behind bars for the first degree murder of Hae Min Lee on February 28, 1999. After further research from valid court documents, articles and interviews with a multitude of people regarding this case, beating all the evidence provided in this case. Mr Syed is not responsible for Ms Lee's death. Instead all evidence points to Jay Wild as the killer, he should be credited as Mrs Lee's killer, making Adnan Syed innocent. Adnan Syed was a 17-year-old senior who also attended Woodlawn High School. He was an honor student, homecoming prince, on the football team, on the track team and often attended prayer groups as a testament to his Muslim religion. He also had a secret girlfriend, Hae Min Lee, also known as the victim in this story. Mr. Syed and Ms. Lee both grew up in strictly traditional homes. Their different ethnic backgrounds and religions posed a problem for the two lovebirds being together. However, according to Ms. Lee's diary, they loved each other, which led them to start a secret romance on April 1, 1998 according to Hae's diary. Their relationship began to blossom over the next few weeks. Prom began to approach, and Syed invited Hae to go after sports practice on the hill behind the school. Adnan secretly left on April 27, 1998, went to prom and was crowned prom prince along with Stephanie as prom princess. The same night Hae returns home, April 27, 1998, she writes a long entry in her diary about how her night at the prom went. He goes on to state Hae Min Lee, “I swear he's the sweetest guy. Let me tell you why. He was the prom prince and Stephanie was the prom princess and traditionally they would have to dance together, to my song, "All My Life" by K-Ci and JoJo. I tried to act natural and not jealous, but it bothered me. Ten seconds later, guess who danced with me and not Stephanie? Adnan! Now how can I not fall in love with this guy? Of course I gave him the first kiss on the lips, then I totally fell in love with him. Since then, I continue to fall deeper and deeper into him. The bad thing is that we have to keep things secret, sigh. But that's okay because love conquers all." Say no to plagiarism. Get a tailor-made essay on "Why Violent Video Games Shouldn't Be Banned"? There were many entries in her diary about how he made her angry, but more importantly how she was so in love with him. They had many stories from friends about how they were 17, in love, fighting, making up, breaking up and getting back together. Friday, May 15, 1998 Lee quote after quote writes in his diary Hae Min Lee: “It bothers me to know that I am against his religion. He called me a devil a couple of times. I know he was just joking, but in a way it's true." After this article, 3 months have passed and in July he writes in hisdiaryHae Min Lee: "I keep crying on the phone because I miss him so much"Hae Min Lee: “He told me that his religion means life to him. He tried to remain a faithful Muslim all his life, but he fell in love with me, which is a great shame. But he told me he will never leave me because he can't imagine a life with me. Then he said that one day he will have to choose between me and his religion. I love him so much and when it comes to choosing, I will let him go his way. I hate that I am the cause of his sin. He said I shouldn't feel like I was pushing him away from his religion but hello! This is exactly what I'm doing. They were so in love that it begged the question: Did he do it out of revenge? Or he secretly hated her and wanted to kill her out of the question. This should put the murder on someone else. I would frame the killer as Jay as the murderer and frame Adnan Syed for the murder of Hae Min Lee. According to court documents we don't see much of (Jay) in the story, but instead everyone hears a lot about him. According to the facts heard from Jay's testimony, there is a mess of carefully planned lies. Jay is a resourceful but ingenious liar. Lie about the shortest and most insignificant things. He also gets caught lying about terrible and critical things. The detective asked Jay Wilds the first interview: “We left the mall. I took him to school. I left it at the back of the school. He went up to class. He left his cell phone in the car and told me he would call me. I went back to my friend Jenn's house and waited for her to call." That means she had Adnan's phone, then she tells the detective, "OK, now at this point, you know why he's leaving the car with you." Jay: “Yes” Detective: “If you arrive twenty minutes later at this location on Edmondson Avenue, then what happens?” Jay: “Um, I drove… I followed him to…” ..." Detective: "Do you get out of the car when you get to Edmondson Avenue and have any conversation with him?" Jay: "Uh huh, yeah." His response was fascinating because the story about Edmondson Avenue was false according to his other statement saying that changing his story before as Jay entered Best Buy, he saw Adnan at the phone booth there, on the edge of the building, with I wear red gloves. Adnan motioned for Jay to follow him across the front of the building, around the other side, to the far corner of the side parking lot, where Jay saw Hae's car parked. Then in his first interview, Jay says, “I noticed that Hae wasn't with him. I parked next to him. He asked me to get out of the car. I get out of the car. Adnan: He asks me, “Am I ready for this?” Jay: And I'm like, "Ready for what?" Adnan: And he takes the keys. Opens the trunk. And all I can see is that Hae's lips are all blue, and she has a pretzel in the back of the trunk. And she died. Later he claims that Jay Wilds says, “Um, I drove… I followed him until….” I followed him out into…” This was not the story according to his other story where he got out of the car and Adnan blew up the truck where he saw Ms. Lee's supposedly pretzeled body. Then the detective continues with his questions: "Are you getting out of the car?" . . And have you had any conversations with him?" Jay responds with "Uh huh, yeah." Detective: "Tell me about it." Jay: "Um, we went out, oh and we... he's walking around with red gloves on, um ." Jay then gets nervous, running forgets that he's talking about Adnan opening the truck and starts talking about his red gloves. Stating Jay, "Yeah, they're like wool with leather palms and... and that has wild, you know, "what the fuck are you walking around with gloves on for," and then, I'm sorry, um and then he says, "I did it, I did it. You don't fucking believe me, I did it." He opens the trunk and says"It all exploded in there, imperceptibly in the trunk." As you can see, he changes his statement three times and the detective goes on to say, "We talked for probably about a half hour, forty-five minutes, was the information that you provided during this interview the same information that you provided during the first interview?" Jay then says "No" Detective "During the first interview there were many inconsistencies." Jay: "Yes." Detective "And there's too many to go through, but you've kind of disassociated yourself from all the information you've given in this interview. Why?" Jay: “Scared.” Things for Jay Wild's case start to pick up a bit when she claims that Jay "told her he saw the body in the trunk of a car. She asked me to help bury her but I didn't." – I refused. I took it somewhere and later picked it up somewhere" He then goes on to state Detective: "Who did most of the digging?" Jay: "Uh, it was..." Detective: "Both?" Jay: "Yes." Detective: "Equal work?" Jay: “I wouldn't say that, but yes.” Detective "OK." The evidence then bears the point signal to Jay Wild when Detective states: “It looked like he had been there [at that commercial] before?” Jay: “Maybe.” The detective then changes his mind and takes action. Detective: "Did it give you the impression that it had been there before?" Jay: "Yes." Detective: "Why?" Jay: "Because, since you knew it was there, I heard a noise and I looked up and couldn't hear a little stream running back there." The question was asked in the first question and then the detective changes it and asks it differently which Jay Wilds proceeds to say Yes!!!! Jay claims in an earlier statement that a detective says, "So you didn't trust any cops?" Jay: “I didn't trust it. No. I don't – In my mind, I don't think about the presence of let's call the police. That never – That never crosses my mind. They could shoot me and I wouldn't say “let's call the police”. Jay then Jay states later: "I'm sure if I reported him for killing Hae, then he wouldn't hesitate to report me for selling drugs." In extension to the information infiltrated with irregular, falsified and misleading information Jay knows too many details to be an innocent quote and knows too much about what happened to be complicit. Here's a good example of Jay knowing too much. Detective: "What happened to his shoes?" Jay: "He told me he left them in the car." Did she tell you she left them in the car?" Jay: "Uh huh." It's possible that Adnan said I'll leave Ms. Lee's shoes in the car, but it's unlikely they would have discussed anything related to her shoes. Jenn states in his interview that they were not best friends and in Mr. Wild's interview he does not indicate that he asked Adnan any questions regarding the murder!!! Why did you do it? Why are we doing this? How did you kill her? How long will it take to bury her? Didn't Jay Wilds have any curiosity during this whole thing? So finally, if you go back to the interview and actually listen to everything that happened, Mr. Wilds must be a mind reader why doesn't he say "Adnan told me this" Jay: "And um he thought about leaving" on the Strip since it was hot anyway, it would just be unnoticeable and ah he didn't like it so we went back to this side of town and down Route 40 or Edmondson Avenue, which I don't remember, ah we went to a lane up there and parked the car in a lane not audible, I mean on a side street." Detective: "After you park the car there, what happens?" Jay: "He moves it... he didn't. He didn't like that place, so he moved to a other place. After moving him to second place when he got out of the car and acted like he was carrying her purse and wallet, and had.
