However, there are still differences in many aspects of working, doing things, or in the economic or environmental situation of different places. This is why it is very important for researchers to choose topics that can have a better impact on real problems and can bring a lot of positivity. Being a business student, I believe that the choice of topic by researchers is very good and plays a very important role in the overall business scenario. The topic regarding the dynamism of entrepreneurship and the influence of contextual factors on new hires will help the entrepreneur to consider things that can help him achieve better results for his progress. The research begins with the introduction to the background of the problem indicating why there is a need to research this topic. The authors have researched the topic thoroughly and have tried to provide an overview that can explain the problem statement itself. In my opinion, the choice of topic is quite relevant and useful, and being a reader, I got a good idea about the dynamism of entrepreneurship. The authors have clearly mentioned their position of only researching new business entry so as not to confuse with exit as well, otherwise the reader may search for inefficient content related to the topic. As a reader, I understood why it is important to study contextual factors to get a startup right. Furthermore, it seems that the authors have tried quite hard to connect their work with previous research, which is a very important and valuable aspect of any quality research. Another important aspect of this research is the fact that the authors have managed well to explain the pu... ... half of the paper ... and it is all in agreement with the literature presented for this research. The data is also collected on a fairly large scale, which is very useful for this type of academic research. Collecting data directly from entrepreneurs using Skype and face-to-face interviews is a good technique as they are quite useful for distant interviewees and the quality criteria are also measurable. However, it was difficult for me to find out the business type of each entrepreneur because it is important to know the business type as each business has different aspects to consider. The entrepreneur in the textile sector may not follow the same rules and restrictions as the entrepreneur in the service sector. It would have been great if the authors had clearly mentioned each type of activity. As a reader it was not easy for me to follow the analysis section with its overall results.
