People of good character are always welcome in the organization. Agreeableness is one of the 5 great personalities. It is not just the word that an individual uses in his or her daily conversation. This reflects the nature, the gesture of an individual. Agreeableness is my second most important characteristic. I believe in working in an environment where people work together. They think about the company's interest before their own personal interest. In a work environment full of competition, it can be nice to be around people who are easy to get along with. Agreeableness can be seen as a coin that has two sides. Some people may admire my kind-hearted intentions. But others would think that I am the one who always avoids confrontation which can have negative consequences. But I think there would be some people like me in an organization who believe in agreeableness, avoiding arguments, harsh statements and thinking for the group rather than being selfish. I have the 74 percentile of extroversion, which means I am a social person. This does not mean that a person with the quality of introversion socializes less or does not like to do so
