The fundamental laws of society are the following: one must not kill; it will not be stolen; no harm will be done to any human being; we must always tell the truth; one should treat others the way one would like to be treated; you should always use verbal communication to express your feelings; one should always help others in need; one should be kind and show compassion towards everyone; and meditation and community service are a weekly priority. Consequently, physical or verbal altercations will be handled by local authorities with an intensive community service behavior plan to formulate “positivism” and new offender behaviors similar to Skinner's principles of operant conditioning (Hunt, 2007; Moxley,
