Cults can exert bad influences in many different ways. This article is about the real facts about why cults make society a much worse place. Cult: a system of veneration and religious devotion directed towards a particular figure or object. There are several cults around the world. All the different cults have distinctly different beliefs and devotions. For example, there are some cults formed to follow a particular real-life figure, and some cults formed to follow (or worship) a spiritual being, which might be part of a certain organized religion. There have been many horrible crimes that have been committed by alleged members of certain cults. There have been cases of crime such as murder, kidnapping, assault and sexual violence. It has also been reported that there have been terrorist attacks that have led to the emergence of some sects that have issued death threats in the past. In the days following the subway gas attack of March 20, 1995, when suspicion fell on the Aum, most people outside Japan learned for the first time about this rather obscure Japanese religious sect. For the most part, the criminal actions of March 20 were unusual for a religious group. Yet, a closer examination of the history of the Aum shows that the character of this group had a common thread of criminality that dates back almost to the date it was legally founded. They include murders, attempted murders, kidnappings and burglaries. It is not entirely known what kind of activities take place in most satanic cults, but some crimes have been committed that lead to satanic worshipers such as kidnapping, rape, and murder. It has also been reported that people are being kidnapped for so-called “religious purposes”. Many believe that people who are abducted are then put into “sacrificial ceremonies” and some believe that they are then “brainwashed” into joining the cult, but it is not a fact that these events actually happened.
