There are more depressed people than happy people because they are struggling with their lives. But there are many ways to prevent it. Research shows that laughter is the best medicine because it can brighten people's mood, regulate health, and help an individual gain hope for their future. As many people are struggling with their lives, there are many things they can do to brighten their mood. People can stop what they are doing that might be stressful and relax by doing something fun instead. They can brighten their mood by talking to their friends, family and people around them. They can also brighten their mood and release inner stress by watching funny movies, reading jokes, or listening to a friend tell jokes. Stressed people may lack energy. Laughter can be everywhere because people choose the places where they want to have fun. People only have one life, so they would like to be in control. For them it is very important to have fun, even if they have a lot of work to do, but the important thing is the satisfying sensation of feeling alive. Depressed patients sometimes lose hope of receiving treatment because they don't want to face the outside world. When people think positively, they will feel the quality of life. Laughing can help you develop your sense of humor, so you can and will be able to help depressed people. Since we cannot go back to square one, we can look forward and think positively.
